Totem Pole (1995)

Originally supposed to be "Ear Candy," until I learned some acquaintances had formed a band called Ear Candy.

My stepfather made the dulcimer, I picked up the snake charmer in Jerusalem, and the recorder (that's right) probably came from the nearest Walmart.
On Cochran's Zoo I sang through a RapMan to alter my voice (the pitch shift made it nearly
impossible to stay in key).  The remaining "songs" were spoken, regrettably.  And The Blue
Kentucky Moon
is essentially Primus' My Name is Mud, without the humor.  Unfortunately, it took me years to realize that.
